Converting Rust

RUSTOLEUM has come out with an aerosol "rust converter", it is called RUST REFORMER, claims to "instantly convert rust to a protected paintable surface". The various automotive catalogs have had "rust converter" products for some time, but they were painted or sprayed on, but not in aerosol cans. This is the first one that I have seen in an aerosol can. Also the ones in the automotive catalogs have been pretty expensive. Label says you only have to remove loose flaking rust, you do NOT need to clean down to bare metal. It is available at Walmart stores, in the spray paint section.
