Cone Mandrel

A forming tool used to round up forgings. They come in many sizes. Some are floor cones standing as much as 4 feet tall and weighing hundres of pounds to small units that fit into the hardy hole of the anvil.

2 examples of Anvil Mounted Cone Mandrels. One is a casting, the other was machined.
