5 Gallon Buckets

5 gallon buckets are handy for storing liquids. For about $9.50 (Jan 2011 price) you can get a lid which will make access to the liquid very convenient.

You snap the blue assembly onto the 5 gallon bucket and then when you need access you can unscrew the inner lid. The inner spin-on lid is threaded and has a gasket giving you an air-tight seal

I have 2 buckets with these lids: one stores Rob Gunter Super Quench and the other stores a water and baking soda mix that I use to neutralize item that have been in either vinegar or muriatic acid. These lids are available from Duluth Trading Company, http://www.duluthtrading.com/ among other vendors.
